Movember is back! Thanks to everyone who donated last year and is donating this year. If you would like more info the links at the bottom of the page from last year still works.
Movember is about raising awareness and money for Prostate Cancer. So even if you can't donate or are donating to another moustached man please remember that prostate exams are the best way to detect prostate cancer.

The purpose of the lecture is to educate members and guest of the VOC on common injury prevention and rehabilitation. The list of topics to be discussed includes but is not exclusive to:
- Achilles tendinosis
- Plantar Fasciitis
- Medial miniscus damage
- ACL & MCL sprains
- ITBS
- Rotator cuff injury
- Finger injuries
- Sprained ankles
- Knee injuries from running
- Morton's neuroma
- Osteoarthritis
- Calcific tendonitis

What many people don't know is that 1 in 6 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer to afflict Canadian men with 25,500 diagnosed and 4,400 dying from the disease each year.
Facts like these have convinced me I should get involved.
